We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Kindred Bravely favorites, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. If your fit isn't quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect piece for your motherhood journey.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate your return or exchange.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to send back and indicate whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items with the original tags attached, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
